1. Please note that if your purchase was not from SYCEES, you should contact your seller regarding the applicable.
2. This warranty does not apply to products that have been incorrectly installed, or misused, including without limitation improper maintenance, incorrect lamping, or fluctuations of supply voltage. Failure to follow the
installation instructions (including proper installation location) or properly use or clean the fixture will void the warranty in its entirety.
3. Most of our products is qualified for a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized SYCEES representative.
4. Our dedicated "Quality Assurance Team" inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high-quality product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with the order number, contact information, and defective product images. We'd be happy to assist you to repair the product.
5. SYCEES reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal use".
6. SYCEES will not be responsible for lost or stolen products.
